Our Story
Matt & Jada Bak
are proud to be at the forefront of Interior Channel, a company with a rich legacy in structural repair and waterproofing. Both of us hail from a blue-collar background, with Matt having spent the majority of his career in tool & die and machine building, while I (Jada) dedicated the last five years to serving as a Respiratory Therapist.
The challenges and learnings of the pandemic period brought us to a pivotal realization – we wanted more than just jobs; we wanted to build something of our own, something that would not only fulfill our professional aspirations but also create a lasting legacy for our children. This shared vision and drive led us to Interior Channel, marking the beginning of a new chapter in both our lives and the company’s story.

journey began long before we became a part of it. Established in 1984 and previously operated by Gleave Construction, the company has a decades-long history of excellence in the industry. In February 2023, we, Matt and Jada, took the reins, infusing new energy and perspective into a business already respected for its quality and expertise.
